UECC is working along with Keep Riverside Clean & Beautiful (KRCB) to offer this great community service opportunity and is currently seeking volunteers who can help clean-up the community. The date and time of this service event is Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 8 am-11 am.
You will meet with KRCB staff at 8 am at the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce Parking Lot (3985 University Ave., Riverside CA 92501). This is where you will pick up supplies, review safety guidelines, and turn in the waiver form. Next, you will navigate to an assigned cleanup site in Ward 2 of Riverside. You may need to drive there depending on how far your assigned site is. As a volunteer you will help remove litter from streets & storm drains, graffiti & tape from poles & utility boxes, pile palm fronds, rake weeds & green waste, etc. Lastly, you must report back to the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce to return the supplies by 11 am.

If you want to bring a non-UCR affiliated person, please add their name and email in the notes, when you are signing up and make sure they also sign-up with KRCB. If you are under the age of 18 or bringing a person under the age of 18, please have the parent/ guardian sign the waiver and an 18+ person accompany the minor at all times.
