2-1-1 Community Connect

2-1-1 Community Connect was founded in 1966 formed by volunteers. Till this day, volunteers continue to be the pillar of our organization. Our Mission is connecting people to vital resources that help achieve their path to a greater quality of life. We connect people in need, with those who can help. Since 1966, Community Connect has been creating safe and healthy communities with an emphasis on providing services and referrals to the truly needy. Our Vision consists of our community having access to hope through information and life-changing resources during difficult times.

2-1-1 is a toll free, 24/7 confidential service providing Riverside County residents referrals to services. We take over 60,000 2-1-1 calls per year. We connect these clients to over 3,000 resources. We also have programs with veteran peer support, food insecurity assistance and transportation assistance. In addition, we run 951-686-HELP/HELPline, the 24/7 county wide crisis and suicide hotline for Riverside County which helps nearly 6,000 people per year.
