Members benefit from same-day virtual appointments with bilingual providers and personalized assistance from our promotora de salud (community health workers). Our diverse provider network and promotoras are trained to provide culturally aligned care that meets the unique needs of Latino families, ensuring comprehensive support across primary and specialty care benefits.
What We Do
Zócalo Health is a primary care provider group dedicated to delivering culturally-sensitive healthcare to Latino patients. As the first Latino-focused digital provider group fully covered under Blue Shield's commercial network, we prioritize accessibility and inclusivity in healthcare services for all our members.
