Keep Riverside Clean and Beautiful (KRCB) is collaborating with UCR MLK Day of Service 2025 to recruit volunteers to clean up surrounding neighborhoods.
Through their Love Your Neighborhood program, volunteers will tidy up Downtown Riverside in preparation for the 39th Annual Mayor's State of the City Address. Join us to start the year with a cleaner brighter community!

Things to keep in mind:
For this project, volunteers should report directly to the project site at 8:00am as the project will start at that time and end at 11:00am.
Volunteers are asked to wear sturdy and comfortable closed-toe shoes with good traction, long pants that cover the whole leg, and dress in layers in case it is cold. Hats, sunscreen, and sunglasses are recommended. Individuals sensitive to allergies (such as insect bites, pollens, etc.) should bring their medication. All necessary tools/materials will be provided. All volunteers must sign the Project #3 Voluntary Waiver in order to participate. Finally – we are serving our community on this day to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. If you are signing up to serve on this day, you are signing up to commit your time and respect to the communities that we are serving. All volunteers are expected to be respectful while volunteering and committed to the work. Unless you have a specific circumstance or emergency, you will be expected you will be expected to stay the entire time.
